ALTON and Petersfield MP Michael Mates has warned the House of Commons of a "severe health crisis in Hampshire", citing among others the untimely demise of Alton's Lord Mayor Treloar Hospital.
It is, he says, one of three hospitals which, if worked together could form part of "a sensible and comprehensive policy" to reduce orthopaedic waiting lists.
