EAST Hampshire MP Damian Hinds has described the new Government's first Budget as "tough but fair".
In his opinion, Chancellor George Osborne delivered a "decisive" emergency Budget that "gets to grips with the record deficit built up by the outgoing government".
Mr Hinds added that it was a budget that "has to pay the bills for the past, but also plans for the future".
