PATIENTS suffering from bladder and prostate cancer will have quicker and less painful operations thanks to a new piece of equipment to be shared by Frimley Park and the Royal Surrey County hospitals.
The £113,000 100 Watt Holmium-YAG Laser enables patients to be diagnosed and operated on in one go, spelling the end of months of anxious waiting between diagnosis and surgery.
