THE reception classes at Potters Gate Primary School have been enjoying the delights of a new sensory garden this term, thanks to the hard work of parents, kind-hearted folk from Bells Piece, and the business community. The stunning garden, bedecked in bunting and bursting with sensory plants, was officially opened last Friday when Jeremy and Debbie Ricketts, the mayor and mayoress of Farnham, cut a ribbon. And the young pupils celebrated in style with ice cream and apple juice. The reception garden may serve as a pilot project for what could be achieved for the whole school.
