THE unveiling of a world-class telescope at an East Hampshire observatory has been met with universal approval.

Members of the Hampshire Astronomical Group are focusing on the future after getting their hands on a "lovely bit of kit".

The £106,000 addition to the Clanfield Observatory was unveiled last Saturday by Professor Graham Galbraith of the University of Portsmouth.
