A FARNHAM father-of-two will follow in the footsteps of two of the town's greatest adventurers next year by attempting to row across the Atlantic Ocean to raise £250,000 for a pioneering breast cancer charity.
Nick Rees, 36, from Rowledge, will take on one of the world's toughest challenges alongside friend and fellow family man Ed Curtis in December 2013, as part of the Talisker Whisky Atlantic Challenge.
Inspired by Nick's wife and Ed's lifelong friend, Ellen, who was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2009 at the age of 33, the duo are taking on the lung-busting race to raise money and awareness for Breakthrough Breast Cancer.
