HEADLEY Down woman Nikki Saul is facing the challenge of a lifetime as she gears up to run the London Marathon for a second time next month.

The 26-year-old is pushing her self through the pain barrier during the final weeks of training as she bids to raise vital funds for Brain Tumour UK.
