A CHANGE of use sought for Haslemere War Memorial Recreation Ground’s sports pavilion under general permitted development, would see it become a registered nursery school for 30 children, from 9am until 4pm (Monday to Fridays) during term-time.

A supporting statement said: “The building is currently used by the cricket and football clubs for weekend and occasional weekday matches and club social gatherings.”
