THE Bourne welcomes everyone to their Open Gardens event this Sunday (June 19) from 2pm to 5pm in aid of the Brambleton Hall refurbishment.

Tickets are £5, which can be purchased in advance from the parish office at St-Thomas-on The Bourne church, or on the day from Brambleton Hall (corner of Upper Way and Talbot Road). Children can enjoy the afternoon free of charge.

Alongside the nine individual gardens to wander around, there will be tea and cakes, plants and preserves to buy and gardening advice from John Negus. Programmes can be purchased on the day from 2pm at Brambleton Hall, if lost look out for the purple balloons.
