A PROPOSAL to combine Headley and Grayshott as a single district ward under a new name has caused outrage among East Hampshire District Council members.
Grayshott district councillor Ferris Cowper said EHDC would be opposing the draft proposal, put forward by the Local Government Commission, on the grounds that both areas have totally separate identities.
