FUNDRAISING for Petersfield Cricket Club's planned new training facility was given a boost at the weekend thanks to a Colts fun day.

Around £700 was raised for the £16,000 project, but with the club already having around £10,000 towards the developmen which club officials hoped work could begin on in the autumn at their Heath playing fields ground.
