Parents in the Hindhead area have been urged to have their say in a school’s admission policy.

Times are changing at Beacon Hill Community Primary School as it recently joined the Weydon Multi Academy Trust.

The WMAT has launched a statutory consultation for the school’s Admission Policy for September 2026/27.

The consultation opened last Wednesday and will run for six weeks until January 5, with parents urged to view and comment on the proposed changes at https://www.beacon-hill.surrey.sch.uk

“We would like to share our proposals with as many of you as possible, so we encourage anyone that may be interested to visit the school website,” said a spokesperson.
