FAMILIES in Farnham got into the spooky spirit of Hallowe’en when they took part in the October half-term edition of Xplorer.

The family friendly navigation challenge was held last Wednesday at Farnham Park and children were encouraged to arrive in their scariest costumes.

Around 35 families and 119 participants attended on the day and raced against friends to find mysterious markers.

It involved decision making and a sense of adventure as children explored the park using a simple map, something the whole family could enjoy together.

Xplorers located a number of markers dotted around Farnham Park and at each one had to identify what was pictured. They even enjoyed learning a fun fact to tell their friends!

Everyone received a certificate and sticker for taking part in the exploration game.
