FOUR Marks Street Watch has hit the headlines – as a scheme set to be rolled out across the country empowering local communities to take back ownership of public spaces.
Launched two years ago by East Hampshire District Commander Phil Kedge, Four Marks Street Watch has been the forerunner for a scheme which, he says, is not about policing but about citizenship and traditional values.
