AROUND one in every 14 drivers in Hampshire and the Isle of Wight failed a breath test in June.
Hampshire Constabulary has published the figures for June from the summer drink-and-drug drive campaign.
The proportion of those who failed a test rises to one-in-10 drivers in their 20s and 11 per cent for men in their teens.
