POLITICAL sketch writer John Crace answered questions on Brexit and beyond at his sell-out talk in Haslemere Museum last Thursday.

Haslemere Bookshop hosted the event and the Guardian columnist was back by popular demand, following his equally-successful 2019 talk.

He discussed his book Decline and Fail: Read in Case Of Political Apocalypse and signed copies.

One Haslemere resident gifted the Tottenham-supporting author a piece of pottery that was made from clay from underneath the old White Hart Lane pitch, and won a mention in the next day’s column.
