In neighbouring Hampshire, the party has also selected candidates to stand in the Liphook, Headley and Grayshott division and in Whitehill, Bordon and Lindford.
The announcement comes as parties begin preparing for elections to the new West Surrey Unitary Authority, which will replace existing district and borough councils as part of local government reorganisation.
Labour said its candidates included people with a range of professional and community backgrounds, including experience in public service, healthcare, education and local volunteering, with several long-standing residents putting themselves forward.
Among them, Farnham North candidate Howard Kaye said he wanted to challenge cuts to key services including education, transport and social care, while Farnham South candidate Sam Pritchard, a lifelong resident, highlighted concerns around infrastructure, road conditions and school funding.
John Gaskell, chair of Farnham and Bordon Labour Party and a candidate in Farnham Central, said the group was focused on local issues and improving services.
“We are proud to present such a strong and diverse team of candidates, all of whom are passionate about improving life for local residents,” he said.
“From tackling antisocial behaviour to enhancing local infrastructure, our candidates are ready to get to work and deliver real change for our communities.”
The party said it would be campaigning on issues including local services, infrastructure and community safety in the run-up to the election.
Candidates are expected to begin canvassing residents across the area in the coming months.
