HIGH-ranking Scouts, local dignitaries, supporters and past and present members of 3rd Farnham Scouts came together on Saturday to celebrate the official reopening of Daniel Hall, the group's 200-year-old locally-listed headquarters in the heart of Farnham.

Guests included Farnham mayor Paddy Blagden and his Waverley counterpart Patricia Ellis, as well as Scout Association representatives Richard Woolsey, Roxanna Bostock and Philip German.

A spokesman for 3rd Farnham Scouts said: "We were really pleased with the fantastic turnout of more than 100 invited guests as well as 3rd Farnham's leaders, parents and children, all proud and excited to be part of this significant event."
