There is under a week left to enter the annual Run Frimley 10k road race and 2.5k fun run,

The day will raise money for Frimley Park Hospital’s Stroke Appeal. Both races start and finish at the hospital, at 9.30am and 10.30am respectively on April 30.

Organisers are calling for more people to pound the pavements to ensure it is as successful as 2016’s event.

Whether an experienced runner or those wanting to encourage their children to enter their first race, Run Frimley has something for everyone. All runners in both events will receive professional chip timing and a finisher’s medal. There are prize categories in the 2.5k fun run for U15s and U11s.
