EAST Hampshire District Council was red-faced this week when it emerged that it still has not finalised the ownership of Liphook Millennium Hall.
Twelve months after a photograph showing what was assumed to be the handover of the deeds it has been revealed that they still have not been handed over and the parish council still does not legally own the hall.
