A REFERENDUM will gauge people's reaction to an eco-town for Bordon, the leader of East Hampshire District Council has promised.
David Parkinson told Whitehill Town Council, at a meeting on Monday night, that the referendum will have to wait until after the general election but promised "we will hold a referendum to see if the people want an eco-town".
