A BORDON resident has lost his battle to keep his 17-tonne tank in the front garden of his home in Hendon Road.
Roger Russell appealed against an enforcement notice, claiming that the tank was part of the enjoyment of the home. But government planning inspector Anthony Dixon dismissed the appeal.
