GRAYSHOTT got off to a festive start with the village Christmas fayre in The Square on Saturday.

There was festive entertainment for all ages and dozens of stalls for the crowd.

Highlights included a visit by Father Christmas, Ash Puppets, Haslemere Singing Studio leading the carols, and the turning on of the Christmas tree lights.
