A LIST revealing confidential details about elderly private patients in the Farnham and Aldershot area was discovered outside a Havant store this week.
Horndean resident William Hutchinson found the eight-page list, which reveals names, addresses, patients' treatments and details of where to find house keys and door codes for flats.
