In preparation the group has been learning a piece from Swing, the original Broadway musical based on the famous style of dance.
In this high energy performance the students will dance an exciting fusion of swing and lindy hop guaranteed to make the audience want to join in.
The Elite students represent Showshack Dance and Theatre School at local and national promotional events. Members of the troupe are nurtured and rehearsed to the highest standards and all dancers at Showshack aspire to be a member of this group.
This year they are due to perform at various local fetes as well as appearing on stage at the Showshack’s Got Talent final on Friday, March 24, at Weydon School.
