LISS Parish Council has been branded "a disgrace" by one its members after draining a pot of funds set aside for a skate bowl.
Teenagers in the village fear plans for the facility may never get off the ground after the council approved controversial motion to switch £40,000 in developers funds to the West Liss Pavilion scheme.
The council was given the cash to build a skatebowl by East Hampshire District Council in September 2008.
But a site was never agreed and now the parish council wants to add the money to the six-figure cost of a new pavilion next to Station Road recreation ground.
