A LISS parish councillor has hit out over "uncalled for comments and rude attacks on objectors" after the latest heated debate on a proposed skate bowl in the village.

As the row over the long-awaited skate bowl scheme shows no signs of abating, the latest controversial decision taken by the parish council on the siting of the facility in a memorial garden in Liss, had, said another parish councillor, "split the village down the middle".
