CUSTOMERS of a designer furniture showroom in Farnham have been left thousands of pounds out of pocket after the firm ceased trading this month.

Mac & Mac in East Street shut its doors for good at the beginning of January after parent company LCC Contract Furniture Ltd began liquidation proceedings.

But with many orders still outstanding, Mac & Mac has warned only customers who paid for their goods by credit card are likely to be refunded their deposits.
