THE Squires Kitchen’s 2018 Cake Decorating and Sugarcraft Exhibition is taking place this weekend (March 10 to 11) at the Farnham Maltings.

Each year, thousands of cake lovers come to this event to be inspired by incredible displays and leading designers and the launch of innovative new products.

With experts on hand, visitors can learn how to achieve perfectly iced cakes, cake-top figures, professional-standard chocolates and much more.

There will also be demonstrations from leading names, such as Mark Tilling who was the champion of the first series of BBC2’s ‘Bake Off: Crème de la Crème’, and talented sugar artist and pastry chef Carlos Lischetti.
