HAMPSHIRE County Council has acted to clear up some of the confusion over the public consultation on plans to cut the number of Sure Start children's centres across the county.
After a huge public outcry, senior officers issued additional notes to help parents make their views known on proposals to reorganise management of the centres aimed at giving young parents help with health and welfare services, and practical parenting advice.
