PETERSFIELD Town Council could lose thousands of pounds if the Jigsaw Nursery has to pull out of the new Love Lane pavilion over conditions laid down by planners, councillors have been warned.
John Crowhurst told colleagues at Petersfield Town Council that he had decided not to speak at East Hampshire District Council's planning committee debate on the pavilion, due to take place last night (Thursday).
