"IF it sounds too good to be true it usually is" was the warning from Trading Standards officers after a Headley Down woman received a letter telling her she had won £25,783.
Ceri Taylor of Kay Crescent, recently received a letter from Holland-based European Prize Guild, telling her she had won a "guaranteed £25,783", which doubled as an order form for a 'fat evaporator patch system'.
