MOTORISTS have been warned to expect delays in Farnham town centre next week, with South East Water set to install a new water supply for the new Churchill Retirement Living development on Long Bridge.

Two-way traffic lights are scheduled to be in place between Sunday, September 6, and Monday, September 14, opposite the former Farnham police station site where Churchill is currently building 50 luxury retirement apartments.

Delays are also expected in Upper Hale Road until next Monday, September 7, as South East Water completes repairs to a damaged footway, with two-way traffic lights in place near the A3016 junction with Oast House Crescent.

Two-way traffic lights are also scheduled to be in place on Shortheath Road between Monday, September 7, and Wednesday, September 9, due to further works by South East Water east of the junction with Little Green Lane.
