The Mid-Hants Railway is licking its wounds this week after an AGM which saw the unexpected mass resignation of six directors, on a matter of principle.

In the light of what has been recognised as "a poorly conducted meeting which had left a bad impression," the boards of the plc and the Mid-Hants Preservation Society have agreed o reconsider the structure of the railway and its future management.
