WAVERLEY Borough Council has agreed to freeze its portion of the council tax bill for the second-year running.
The council says this is in spite of a 14.4 per cent cut in Government Revenue Support Grant
A meeting of the full council agreed to not increase Waverley portion of the bill, which will stay at £161.91 for an average band D property.
