THE Whitehill husband of a woman buried in Farnham's West Street cemetery has said he will fight the town's council "all the way" after enduring a three-year battle over a change in regulations.

Joe Oldham, of Firgrove Road, claims he was not made aware of a change in cemetery regulations two weeks before he bought the plot for his wife in November 2006.
