STOPGAP Dance Company held their annual Winter Community Dance Show, Winter Stars, sponsored by Farnham Institute Charity.
Stopgap is a charitable organisation based at Farnham Maltings, that creates memorable dance shows with professional disabled and non-disabled artists.
The company tours across the world and is the leading expert in inclusive dance practice within the UK.
Winter Stars took inspiration from the solar system with each group’s interpretation taking the audience on a journey through space.
This year the platform showcased works by its 70 youth dancers and excerpts from ‘Moon Language’, a recent community collaboration project with ‘The Lights’ in Andover.
Andrew Lodge, chairman of Farnham Institute Charity proudly handed out the group’s annual Exceptional Achievement Award to this year’s winner, Jacqui Tarry.
