THREE footballers from King Edward's School, Witley, helped the South East U18 Representative XI win at the Independent Schools Football Association Championships.

The girls competed in the regional championships held at Wiltshire's Marlborough College, with pupils from across the UK.

King Edward's was well represented with three girls – Anna Heins Sophia Steiner, and Nadia Poulteney (pictured left to right) – in the South East's XI. The championship was a round-robin format, with each team playing four games.

Andrew Wyciechowski, head of girls' football at King Edward's, coached the South East team to victory.
