A WOMAN who ran Hindhead British Legion Club with her husband told a tribunal she was sacked after his beatings made her too ill to work.
Maureen Hinton (52) told the hearing she was dismissed by the Royal British Legion bosses, who kept her estranged husband on. She is claiming sexual descrimination against the club.
