A STIRRING hat-trick from talented playmaker Harry Timmons was the highlight as Petersfield Hurricanes brushed off the challenge of Hook United Tigers at The Petersfield School on Saturday.
Timmons, a tigerish presence at the back as well as further up the field, took his season’s tally to 11 goals after top scorer Taylor Pearce had opened the scoring with his 22nd goal of the campaign.
And the under-eight Hurricanes were just as effective at the back, keeping a fourth clean sheet of the season in the North East Hampshire Youth League.
Next Saturday, the Hurricanes travel to face Mytchett Athletic Hawks.
