ALDERSHOT Town started 2013 as they need to carry on, with a vital three points and a performance full of New Year resolution at Barnet on Tuesday.

The Shots moved up to 20th in League Two and continued their impressive away form, aided by the slice of luck which perhaps hasn't always gone their way. Three key decisions favoured Dean Holdsworth's side and halted Barnet's own revival under the stewardship of Dutch legend Edgar Davids.
