PEOPLE?with unwanted Christmas gifts are being urged to donate them to charity.

The plea comes from the British Heart Foundation, which has 730 shops nationwide including one on Alton High Street, as it aims to raise as much money as possible for life-saving heart research.

The charity sells a vast array of items from clothes, shoes, handbags, jewellery and accessories to DVDs, CDs, vinyl, books, homeware and children’s toys.
