A SERIES of dog attacks on horses, livestock and other dogs continued this week with reports of a woman being thrown from her horse on Elstead Common.
Didi Peers was riding on the bridleway at the top of Hookley Lane on Sunday morning when she was chased by two loose honey-coloured husky-type dogs.
She fell from the horse, which the dogs continued to chase. But fortunately Didi was able to call the dogs off and catch her horse.
The rider was shaken and shocked, especially as the male dog owner walked away without apologising or even checking if she and the horse were all right.
