FORMER Farnham Labour Party member Barbara Follett, the MP for Stevenage, has topped Sir Thomas Legg's list, published last Thursday, of expenses repayments required from MPs.

Mrs Follett, 67, who met her husband, the millionaire best-selling author Ken Follett, during the 1980s when both belonged to the Labour Party in Farnham, was told she had overclaimed by £42,458.
