ALTON Health and Fun Club members have raised more than £2,000 for the BBC Children in Need appeal.

Based at Alton Sports Centre, the club provides health and fitness training for the over-50s, with the emphasis on fun.

For several years members have engaged in activities to raise money for the appeal, and this year has been a real winner.
