GET involved in Squire’s Garden Centre’s large summer hanging basket masterclass this May in Badshot Lea.

In this popular masterclass, which takes place at 10am or 2pm on Friday, May 19, planters will get to create a hanging basket full of summer flowers to make a real statement in the garden.

Gardeners be shown how to line a hanging basket with moss, and position a selection of upright and trailing plants, as well as an eye-catching centrepiece plant.

The hanging basket masterclass lasts around an hour and costs £25. The ticket includes tuition from Squire’s gardening experts, the basket, compost, moss, plants, tea or coffee and cake afterwards in the Cafe Bar, plus 10 per cent off all additional plants purchased on the day.

The masterclass is suitable for everyone – from gardening novices to the more experienced gardener.
