A MOBILE phone user in Bordon has hit out his servie provider over ongoing reception problems.
Tim Scott, who lives in Amber Close and works at the Woolmer Trading Estate, said the "appalling reception" provided by Vodafone was a criticism he had heard time and time again in the area.
He described himself as a "long-suffering contract user", adding that "it's about time" someone made Vodafone aware of the poor reception it provides to the people of Bordon, Whitehill and surrounding villages".
The temperamental signal is exacerbated by faults which lead to service blackouts - the most recent of which, Mr Scott said, occurred last Thursday, and he had been without a signal since.
