THE Henry Liu Trophy, presented to the overall best school entry in the Farnham Carnival, has been awarded to St Andrew’s School in recognition of its outstanding contribution to this year’s event.

Children and staff of the Farnham town centre school dressed up as superheroes from film The Incredibles for the Disney-themed carnival in June and were rewarded for their efforts in-person by members of the carnival committee.

The judges commented on the huge amount of effort and ingenuity involved, which had resulted in a highly colourful and lively contribution to the procession, much appreciated by spectators.
