Aldershot Town winger Basil Tuma has been named in Malta's provisional 29-man squad for their upcoming international matches.

The 21-year-old joined the Shots this summer from League One outfit Reading, having spent the second half of last season on loan at National League South outfit Slough Town.

Born in Uganda, Tuma made his senior debut for Malta in October 2024.

Malta will play three UEFA Nations League fixtures and one friendly over the next two weeks, beginning with a trip to Andorra in the Nations League on Thursday, September 24 (7.45pm kick-off).

They will then host Liechtenstein in a friendly on Sunday, September 27 (5.30pm kick-off).

Malta will complete the upcoming international window with two home matches in the Nations League.

Gibraltar will visit on Thursday, October 1 (7.45pm kick-off) before Malta play the return home match against Andorra on Sunday, October 4 (5pm kick-off).
